These costs are for one pet in a watercolor, additional pets in same painting can be added for an additional charge. Cost of shipping is additional and is based on size and location. Contact the artist regarding prices.

Commissions for the pet or animal portraits are based off of good clear photographs of the pet or animal that you wish to be portrayed.
The backgrounds are colorful and non-detailed like the paintings shown on this web site. You can either request a color of your choice, which the artist will work into the background. Or you can have the artist select an appropriate color that will work with the colors in the animal or pet.
The better the photo, the better the painting. Close up photographs are best. The artist will not change the pose from that which is in the photograph, the pose that is in the photo is the pose that will be painted. The artist does not know what your individual pet or animal looks like from every angle.

Completion of artwork is based on size but usually it takes about two weeks. I send email updates with photos as I go about working on you piece so you know where I am at and how it is coming ago.
